Frequently Asked Questions
- Q:What should I do if a PASMA membership card is lost or stolen?
- If you have lost a PASMA card or had one stolen, you must contact the training centre which originally provided the PASMA training and they can arrange to have a replacement sent. There will be a fee for this (which is dependent on the individual training centre) and you will be required to provide proof of identity. You can find a list of all the registered training centres on the link below.
If you do not know which training centre conducted the training, you can call PASMA head office on 0845 230 4041 and provide us with your details which will enable us to search the online database and provide you with the training centre details.
In the unfortunate event that we are unable to trace the record, because of insufficient or incomplete information, you will have to arrange to re-take the PASMA training.
