Low Level Access Course

Low Level Access Course

This is a ½ day course aimed at personnel who work from prefabricated units of less than 2.5 metres of height.

The course involves both a theory and practical session and includes how to assemble, dismantle and relocate mobile access units without risk of personal injury to the delegate or others.

PASMA has also launched a DVD entitled ‘Accidents can happen, even at low level’, providing information and guidance on how to use folding step units and folding tower units safely and productively. With an estimated 50,000 of these versatile units in daily use, the DVD covers everything from undertaking the initial risk assessment, checking the components prior to assembly and following the manufacturer’s instructions, to assembling the unit, checking it before use and completing the necessary inspection record. To purchase the DVD please click here.

Delegates attending this course receive a course content booklet and PASMA Code of Practice together with a PASMA certificate and photocard for the relevant level that is valid for 5 years.
